1 Pulping
A. The process
Using pulp cardboard, waste paper , etc.as raw materials, through the processes such as garrulous pulp,rubing pulp,etc,turning the paper into fibre, then the paper pulp can be formed and suspending in water. According to the necessary characteristic of producing the products , we can control the length and density of paper pulp properly in order to meet the demand of producing. Adding special auxiliary in the paper pulp, we can make the products waterproof , defend oil ,etc. . Putting into the proper pigment can make the products possess various kinds of colors.Finally,we can get the finished pulp for producing.

2 Forming
A. The process
There are mainly two ways to make the pulp fibre form according to the mould, which are the vacuum forming way and extrusion foring way .And the vacuum forming way is in the most common one ,and it is also the most effective way.

3 Drying
A. The process
The drying craft utilizes fuel, the electricity or steam , hot oil or other medium as the heat source to heat the air. The paper pulp moulding products are dried in the hot air (150--250℃ )after forming .And at last to achieve quick dry through absorbing the moisture by fan.

4 Reshaping
A. The process
The products has been basically formed after forming and drying, and then heat board by electricity or other heat medium (such as heat conduction oil )to raise the temperature of the products to a higher level(180--250 ℃) , utilizing the atmospheric pressure or hydraulic pressure, press the product under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, to make its appearance neat and beautiful, reach better toughness and have better shockproof performance

5 packing
A. The process
After series of processes,the product should be tested,packed,and stocked.We can take manual work or automatic packer to count and pack according to the characteristics of different products.
